Privacy & Data Sovereignty

We consider information security and privacy to be the highest institutional duty. Our protocol transcends standard compliance requirements through an architecture of absolute data avoidance.

Data Controller

01. Data Avoidance & Minimization

Silentium Capital maintains a "Zero-Data" policy for all public interfaces. We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or personal metadata from visitors. Your interaction with this platform is cryptographically separated from your identity. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

02. Secured Communication & Storage

Incoming inquiries via our secure portal are subject to our internal Confidentiality Protocol. Data is stored on disconnected, encrypted redundant nodes within EU jurisdiction (GDPR compliant). Data is retained only as long as necessary for the assessment of the inquiry.

03. Third-Party Exclusion

We do not facilitate the transfer of information to commercial entities or data aggregators in any way. Our infrastructure is 100% owned by Silentium Capital or its strategic tech partners (Shadow Guard).

04. Rights & Sovereignty (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or erase your data at any time. Given our minimal processing, the presence of personal data in our systems is extremely rare.

05. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including: (a) TLS encryption for all data traffic; (b) Encryption of stored data; (c) Access restriction based on need-to-know; (d) Regular security audits; (e) Incident response procedures in accordance with GDPR Art. 33 and 34.

06. Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: (a) Right of access (Art. 15): insight into what data we process about you; (b) Right to rectification (Art. 16): correction of inaccurate data; (c) Right to erasure (Art. 17): deletion of your data under certain conditions; (d) Right to restriction (Art. 18): restriction of processing; (e) Right to data portability (Art. 20): receipt of your data in a structured format; (f) Right to object (Art. 21): objection to processing based on legitimate interest; (g) Right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
