01. Identity and activities
Silentium Capital B.V. is a private buy-and-build holding established in the Netherlands. Our core activities include: (a) acquiring and operating companies in cybersecurity and ICT with our own capital; (b) selectively acquiring real estate for long-term ownership on our balance sheet; (c) providing strategic and operational support to our portfolio companies. Silentium Capital is NOT an investment firm, fund manager or financial advisor. We do not offer investment services, fund management, investment advice or other financial services to third parties. We are not supervised by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) or De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) for the provision of financial services, as we do not offer such services.

The content of this website is intended solely for general informational purposes and does not constitute: (a) an offer to provide investment services; (b) an invitation to make an offer; (c) investment advice, tax advice or legal advice; (d) a recommendation to buy, sell or hold financial instruments. 03. Business relationships
Silentium Capital works exclusively with: (a) professional parties in the context of mergers and acquisitions (M&A); (b) entrepreneurs and business owners who wish to sell their company or seek a strategic partnership; (c) business counterparties for real estate transactions. We do not accept individuals as clients for investment services, as we do not offer such services. Any business contact with Silentium Capital is at the initiative of the counterparty and does not imply a service relationship.

The information on this website is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for any purpose. Silentium Capital: (a) does not warrant that the information is error-free, complete or current; (b) is not obliged to update information; (c) accepts no responsibility for decisions made based on the information on this website. 05. Limitation of liability

07. Confidentiality
All non-public information exchanged in the context of business discussions with Silentium Capital is treated as confidential. Parties entering into discussions with Silentium Capital may be requested to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Silentium Capital shares operational details, holdings and methodologies only on a need-to-know basis with potential business partners under confidentiality.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Silentium Capital has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policy or practices of third-party websites. The inclusion of links does not imply endorsement or recommendation.
09. Applicable law and disputes
These terms and conditions and all legal relationships between you and Silentium Capital are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The applicability of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
